Mayville, WI \u2014 May 8, 2019 \u2014 Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (\u201cMEC\u201d) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. In addition, MEC has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 937,500 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 9, 2019 under the symbol \u201cMEC\u201d and the offering is expected to close on May 13, 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
Baird, Citigroup and Jefferies are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. UBS Investment Bank and William Blair are also acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
